My expertise and training will help you put in place a support package across your organisation that is available for your employees to call upon if needed. This includes dedicated 1-2-1 support for employees needing coaching and mental health awareness training for your whole organisation. There are various levels of support available depending on your organisation’s requirements.

The Corporate Coaching package is for companies that are looking to provide a demonstrably supportive environment for their employees with regard to mental health. It comprises a number of individual elements which can be combined to form an overall arrangement that best suits your needs.

1-2-1 Coaching

Buy a package of return to work coaching for a particular number of employees. These can be individuals that know are going to be looking to return to work or you can purchase the insurance package which gives you an agreed number of coaching sessions that can be used during the course of the year as and when the need for them arises.

Executive Coaching

Individual or group coaching for executives or senior management teams. We’ll develop a bespoke programme together designed to help deliver a positive and supportive environment for all of the organisation’s employees around mental health as well as improving individual and team performance and productivity.

Raising Awareness

The best thing we can do to destigmatise the issue of mental illness is to talk about it freely and openly. Again and again. It’s where I started out and I have delivered several presentations drawing on my own personal experiences and offering thoughts, tools and techniques for individuals and organisations to build resilience and cope with instances of mental illness. This can either be delivered as stand alone sessions or part of a wider corporate health and wellbeing programme but will be tailored to work that the organisation is already delivering.

Time To Change

Time to Change is a UK focused movement working to change the way we all think and act about mental health problems. I have been a Time to Change champion for several years and one of the elements of their work with organisations is the Time to Change Employer Pledge. This is a public signed pledge that demonstrates the commitment to backed by a detailed action plan that you as an organisation publicly commit to. Its a really great way to show that your employees can feel safe and supportive in their work environment. As part of our working together I will help and support you in developing your own Action Plan to support your own pledge. Since signing the pledge, 95% of employers said it had made a positive impact on their organisation.
